Welding benches
Automated welding benches are designed to hold and position parts precisely during the welding process. They can be equipped with pneumatic, hydraulic or motorized clamping systems, and often incorporate linear slides to accompany the movement of the welding torch. They are ideal for long or complex parts requiring perfect stability.
Welding Towers
Welding towers enable controlled rotation of cylindrical parts (pipes, tanks, flanges, etc.) around their axis. This rotation, synchronized with the welding torch, ensures homogeneous metal fusion around the entire perimeter. Lathes are particularly used in the piping, boiler-making and pressure vessel industries.
Welding Jibs
Welding jibs, whether fixed or mobile, support and move welding heads (torches) with great precision, whether on a vertical, horizontal or radial axis. They are often combined with lathes or benches to create a fully automated welding cell. Their flexibility enables the system to be quickly adapted to different part dimensions.
